Who we are
Our association
The NET Association – Networking Education & Training ETS is a third sector association founded in 2001.
Through participation in national and European funding programmes, NET develops and implements projects that contribute to achieving the European Union’s priorities: citizens’ well-being, the fight against social exclusion and discrimination, sustainable economic development, and environmental protection.
Active throughout the country, the association promotes and manages funded project initiatives, collaborating with public and private entities and participating in national and international partnerships.
A broad network of transnational partners, present in numerous European countries, fosters international connections, the exchange of best practices, and helps accelerate the innovation and competitiveness of local systems.
Since February 2025, the association has been registered in the National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS).
Registration guarantees transparency, institutional recognition, and access to the opportunities and tools available to third sector organizations, strengthening the association’s reliability with partners, institutions, and funders.

Who we are addressing
The projects promoted by NET, based on creativity, innovation, and active participation, are aimed specifically at individuals and groups at risk of social and professional exclusion or who find themselves in vulnerable situations or have difficulty accessing training and employment opportunities.
Our primary beneficiaries include young people, the unemployed or those in employment, adults undergoing professional retraining, people with fewer opportunities, and anyone who needs to strengthen their skills, independence, and participation in social and economic life.
Through our projects we promote paths that favor:

- support for processes of socialization, participation and inclusion in the community
At the same time, NET collaborates with public bodies, third sector organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and European partners interested in developing joint initiatives within national and European funding programs.
